Fee:
INR 3500/- per child per month (twice a week )

WONDER KIDS PROGRAM :
Wonder Athletes (8+ years)
Wonder Athletes is a program designed to encourage Long Term Athletic Development in our children. We have an exclusively designed program for kids who are into active sports. The program is tailor made basis strength and conditioning needs of each sport.
The program is structured to enhance performance of athletes and prevent injury in the long run. One of the major flaw back that happens often is that developmental athletes over-compete and under-train. Ensuring advance level training along with faster recovery is what makes them give their best on the field. Our program also keeps in mind the gender difference while designing the program for male and female athletes. Usually, the teen years are a time when girls should be building up their bone mass to their highest levels — called peak bone mass. Additionally, some girls who are into active sports or intense fitness activity are at risk for a problem called Female Athlete Triad. It is important to keep these factors in mind while designing various program. Even in our group classes, we try and individualize as much as required
Wonder Women
Wonder Women is a community to encourage women to prioritize their health goals over and above every other role they play. Our focus is to have an equal emphasis on health and BMI. We often get obsessed with perfect numbers on weighing scales and inch tapes, and in that attempt, we tend to compromise our overall well being and ability to perform ADL.
Many of the health issues that women face can be managed considerably with consistent exercise. Physical exercise is concluded to be the most useful tactics in preventive healthcare. It should be encouraged in childhood and throughout life irrespective of the gender.
However, inspite of all the awareness, women fitness tend to be the most ignored across families. Thus, our first and foremost objective is to encourage our women to take that first step in starting their “New Self” journey, followed by bringing in consistency and discipline in their program
We individualize our group classes as we understand each client has their own needs, goals, and limitations. Our group training sessions range from 4-10 clients in total, monitored closely by a qualified CPT to ensure you are doing each exercise with correct technique and are progressing safely.
Women Athlete Management
Most of the females in India have shied from sports right from their foundation years, for various reasons like unfriendly format, male dominance, self- consciousness about the body image, lack of parental support etc. Unfortunately, when they stay out of sports, it is unlikely they will do anything effective for the overall health management either. The trend continues forever, only making them realise at a later age of 40 or beyond, when they start experiencing health issues, pain during ADL, reduced bone density, chronic diseases etc.
We want to change that mindset and help women understand their health better, aim for specific goals and then help them achieve it. With our experience in professional sports coaching, we want to make available niche fitness programming to one and all. Sports may not be for everyone, but that should not stop you from being fit as good as a sport professional.
We build our program around strength training, as it is a critical component of ANY goal and our assessment showed that most women were lacking that in their fitness routine.
Pre/Post Natal
